We’re thrilled to share that the Sustainable Strategic Development course, led by Dr. Nataliia Versal, Assistant Professor of Department of Management at Mendel University in Brno, has concluded successfully at Universitas Trisakti, Indonesia.
During the course, participants explored critical topics like strategic thinking, environment analysis, sustainable strategy formulation, and implementation. Highlights included practical tools like the business model canvas and KPIs for strategic control.
