Professor Lubor Lacina and two students of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno contributed to the preparation of the policy paper Political System and Defence Analysis of Ukraine: Workshop-Based Analysis and Policy Recommendations. The paper was developed within a project supported by the International Visegrad Fund and is based on a workshop held in Budapest on 16–17 April 2026.
The project brought together Ludovika University of Public Service in Hungary, Mendel University in Brno, the University of Economics in Katowice in Poland, the University of Economics in Bratislava in Slovakia and Karazin Kharkiv National University in Ukraine.
