University of Social Sciences in Lublin, and Erasmus Consortium Coordinator in Kielce, would like to invite students for practical training in International Office in Kielce or Lublin.
Duration – 2-4 months (SMT).
Number of working hours per week – 20-40 hours, 5 days per week. Work 4 hours in the office, 4 hours remotely in flexible hours. Students will have time to travel around Poland, see Cracow, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk. Take Flixbus to multiple cities around Poland (while working remotely)
We would like to invite students of:
– Marketing,
– Social Media advertising
– Psychology,
– Sociology,
– Pedagogy,
– Management,
– International trade or International cooperation, basically any field of study that is relevant for training in International Office.
Accommodation costs in Kielce, Poland is 100 Euro per month, and in Lublin around 100-150 Euro. Receiving Institution will arrange and offer accommodation in Dormitory. As students pay for accommodation, they can choose any other accommodation.
In the event of 5-30 days training, students will be obligated to participate in 2 online meetings to get to know their tasks, get acquainted with Erasmus Program Guide, 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Students will learn and perform tasks related to:
– Erasmus Dashboard , manage Inter Institutional agreements,
– Erasmus App
– Beneficiary Module
– Paperwork related to Erasmus Mobilities,
– Dissemination and communication with other candidates, social media, website, TV screens
– Participate in events related to Erasmus activities.
