————————————————————————— 2 March 2020 Dear students, dear colleagues, in the context of a precautionary measure against the spread of coronavirus issued by the Rector of MENDELU form March 2, 2020, the (cancelling direct teaching on the MENDELU campus and switching to distant mode of study), let me specify this measure for FBE: From March 3 to March 15, 2020, the teaching will take place only in a distant mode. This applies to all students of all FBE MENDELU study programmes (full-time and part-time forms). “Holidays” or “Rector’s Leave” have not been announced – the teachers will decide on the form of continuing the teaching according to the possibilities given by the taught course. Consultation hours will not take place in personal form at this time, but only “remotely” – in a form on which the teacher agrees with students. All official hours of FBE MENDELU departments shall be cancelled from March 3 to March 15, 2020. However, employees continue to work, so it is possible to contact the person you need by e-mail. We will publish updates depending on the actual development of the situation. It is possible that as a result of this and possible follow-up measures, it will be necessary to adjust the schedule of the academic year of FBE MENDELU – we will, again, keep you informed. All information about the development of the measures taken will be published and updated on this website, which I ask you to follow here. Thank you for understanding and rational approach to the situation. Assoc. Prof. Pavel Žufan, Ph.D. dean of FBE MENDELUMore news
