The International Relations Office of Mendel University in Brno is pleased to announce a call for applications for students of the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) to participate in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) at the Vilniaus Kolegija VIKO (Vilnius, Lithuania), which is one of our partner universities within the HEROES consortium. The program’s topic is “The Robots Intellect: Robotic Arm”. The main goal of the program is to design, make, and test a robotic arm which is designed according to requirements of the international competitions.

The BIP represents a new form of mobility combining virtual and physical learning. The physical part will take place from December 14 to 18, 2026. The virtual part will take place in October and November 2026 (to be specified).

Application Requirements

The application process will run from May 22 to July 5, 2026, and includes the following:

• A motivation letter
• Indication of whether this is your first international experience
• Oral language examination in English (to be held from July 7 to July 10, 2026)
• Evaluation of the relevance of your study program to the BIP theme

Financial Support and Additional Conditions

Participants will receive a daily grant of 79 EUR and travel expenses.
