Dear colleagues,
We are honored to invite you to the 3rd International Staff Week, which will be hosted by Bursa Uludağ University at its main campus in Bursa renowned as a capital of history and culture from October 12-15, 2026.
Our University comprises 15 Faculties, 2 Vocational Schools, 15 Vocational High Schools, 1 Conservatory, 4 Institutes, 27 Application and Research Centers, and 1 Research Center.
Applications for the event will be accepted from June 1 to July 12, 2026, and participation will be limited to 20 participants to ensure effective communication and meaningful exchange with academic and administrative staff. Special consideration will be given to international diversity, and a balanced representation from partner universities will be prioritized to foster future collaborations.
The primary aim of this event is to strengthen institutional relationships, get to know our partner universities more closely, and support our students in making informed decisions about learning mobility opportunities through direct interaction with international representatives.
In addition to presentations, networking sessions, and fair activities, the program will include faculty and department visits. As part of the agenda, a dedicated “Match-Making Event” will be organized by our Project Office. This session will focus on fostering new partnerships among participating universities, particularly in Erasmus+ KA2 projects and centrally funded international projects. Participants will have the opportunity to explore collaboration possibilities, exchange project ideas, and build consortia for future proposals.
For more information and the preliminary program, please find the attached program brochure.
We kindly ask you to share this invitation and brochure with colleagues who may be interested in participating. Selected participants will receive detailed program information along with their confirmation emails by late July.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at: erasmus@uludag.edu.tr
We look forward to welcoming you to Bursa and our University in October 2026.
