How can you get involved in Research Expedition Mobility?
The offer is open to all students of Mendel University in Brno, regardless of faculty. You can apply from FFWT, FRDIS, FH, FA or FBE. Just send your CV and a motivation letter in English. In it, briefly present your thoughts on the stated research topic, work plan, methodology and expected results.
Who will you be working with?
You will be able to consult with the academics responsible for the expedition – Martin Schmiedl, Ph.D. (FRRMS) and Jana Tulkova (LDF). If you pass the selection, you will be invited for a personal interview on 10th May 2024.
What can you expect on the Research Expedition Mobility in Zambia?
Selected participants will receive airfare and a stipend of 20,000 CZK. They will participate in training, data collection and analysis under the supervision of academics. The expedition experience can then serve as the basis for a final thesis or joint publication. You will be rewarded with 1 ECTS credit for the presentation of your results, which is an optional part of the FRRMS curriculum.
