Background
Student organizations and activities are parts of a university life experience. Of course, the students’ primary objective is to achieve excellence in education, but sometimes having class alone is not enough. Students need to have more real-life, real-world and hands-on working experiences. Moreover, students need to discover who they are and what they aspire to be. Students also need to make friends and have fun. All these can be achieved through meetings, discussions, and the sharing of experiences among students. University life is unforgettable.

As the founding team of PEF Connect, our roles are designed to ensure smooth coordination, inclusive engagement, and impactful delivery of student-led initiatives across the faculty.
- Team Lead Oversees the initiative and ensures strategic alignment with PEF MENDELU’s values.
- Operations Lead Supports the Team Lead and manages internal coordination.
- Communications & Outreach Lead Handles all communication channels and external visibility.
- Engagement & Mentorship Lead Fosters student-to-student connection and inclusive integration.
- Events & Content Lead Creates, plans, and shapes the experience of PEF Connect events.
