We are thrilled to announce the participation of Doc. PhDr. Martina Rašticová, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Management, and Dr. Nataliia Tkalenko, in the MASUDEM Steering Committee Meeting held in Budapest, Hungary, from February 21-23, 2024.
This significant event brought together professionals from 4 European and 6 Asian universities to deliberate on the forefront of sustainability education in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
The focus of the discussions was twofold, highlighting the importance of integrating sustainability into the curriculum and exploring innovative ways to engage master students in real-world projects initiated by companies. Doc. Rašticová and Dr. Tkalenko contributed their valuable insights and expertise, emphasizing the critical role of HEIs in fostering a sustainable future and the dynamic interaction between academia and the business world.
Their participation underscores MENDELU commitment to improving sustainability education and continuous effort to create meaningful opportunities for our students to apply their knowledge in practical settings. Moreover, it reflects our dedication to being at the cutting edge of educational development and our active role in international collaborations that enhance the quality and impact of our academic programs.
