Minimum requirements:

  1. Research Activities
    • before applying for the dissertation defence, the student must have published at least two papers closely related to the dissertation topic in scientific journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science, one of which must be indexed in the Web of Science database and include at least one first-authored publication by the student (published or documented by an assigned DOI), and must have presented research results at a conference (documented by the conference programme, certificate, or proceedings)
    • the evaluation of publication activity also takes into account other professional and scientific publications, as well as papers presented at conferences
  2. International Research Collaboration, Involvement in International Research Teams/Projects, Research Visits
    • a one-month internship at a foreign university or research institute, aligned with the dissertation topic, or participation in an international research project resulting in publications or presentations abroad
