- Applicants can be refunded their tuition fee in case of visa refusal, as stated in their study contract. You will be given a refund if you send us a scanned copy of your visa refusal letter. If you have any other reason for cancelling your application (personal, medical, etc.), you will have to send an official, signed request letter, and it will be individually assessed by the faculty’s management. In the case of medical reasoning, there is a need for medical evidence.
- A student is eligible to apply for a refund only after the official admission documents issued by the faculty have expired. The admission letter is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Until this validity period expires, a refund request cannot be submitted to the Economic Department for processing.
- Refund can take up to 3 months.
- Refund will be calculated as follows:
- We will deduct 3 000 CZK as an administrative fee, all the costs of DHL, and any costs incurred during your admission process
- If your nostrification was done by the Southmoravian region (the faculty arranged for your translation, notary, and the issuance of the nostrification certificate at the Southmoravian office for education), the administrative fee is 6,000 CZK.
