DSc. Nataliia Tkalenko Represents MENDELU at MASUDEM Final Events in Bangkok

From 10-14 November 2025, DSc. Nataliia Tkalenko, assist. professor of Department of Management, took part in the final events of the Erasmus+ CBHE project Master Studies in Sustainable Development and Management (MASUDEM) in Bangkok, Thailand. The events were hosted by the International College of the National Institute of Development Administration.

MASUDEM Steering Committee meeting focused on reviewing achieved project results, preparing the final report, and discussing dissemination, sustainability and financial reporting for the last project period.

During the Final International Conference “Advancing Sustainability through Social Science, Management, and Innovation” DSc. Tkalenko delivered a presentation titled “Empowering Future Sustainability Leaders through Mendel University’s Contribution to MASUDEM”, highlighting MENDELU’s role in developing innovative curricula, teaching visits and capacity-building activities in sustainable development and management.

The programme in Bangkok also included a rich cultural component and a study visit to a company implementing sustainable development practices. This visit allowed participants to see how sustainability principles are translated into concrete business models and everyday operations, further strengthening the practical dimension of MASUDEM’s educational objectives.

Her active participation underlined MENDELU’s strong commitment to international cooperation and to educating future leaders in sustainability. The Bangkok events marked an important milestone in the successful completion of the MASUDEM project and created new opportunities for further collaboration between MENDELU and partner universities in Europe and Asia.
