Summer School in Indonesia under MASUDEM project

As part of the MASUDEM project funded by the European Union, from July 22 to 26, 2024, Yuliia Prus, Assist. Professor of Management Department at Mendel University in Brno, together with colleagues from the University of Economics (Bratislava, Slovakia) and Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary), held a summer school “Current Trends in Higher Education Teaching Methodologies”.

The event was held at Universitas Trisakti (Jakarta, Indonesia). The participants of the summer school were academic and managerial staff from the International College of National Institute of Development Administration (Bangkok, Thailand), Srinakharinwirot University (Bangkok, Thailand), Naresuan University (Phitsanulok, Thailand), Universitas Trisakti (Jakarta, Indonesia), Universitas Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta, Indonesia), Universitas Islam Indonesia (Yogyakarta, Indonesia).

Yuliia Prus conducted a training for colleagues on “Embracing Diversity: Interactive Teaching Methods and Technologies in Higher Education”, during which the participants got acquainted with interactive teaching methods recommended for use in the training of managers in sustainable development and management (brainstorming, gamification, training technologies, facilitation, creative thinking techniques, etc.), criteria for assessing the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods, stages of planning interactive classes; worked out in practice some of the proposed methods.
